Previous construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment, and an understanding of blueprints and construction plans is required
Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
OSHA 10 certification and competent person certification are a plus
Boot Allowance after 60 days
Adhere to all directions from the foreman and work with other team members to complete tasks properly
Place underground pipes, conduits, manual labor, shovel work and operate power tools

The Utilities Director will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization meets all regulatory requirements and provides quality services to customers. The Utilities Director will also be responsible for developing and managing the budget for the utility services.
