Urgent Care Registered Nurse Jobs in Connecticut

Minimum of 2 years of recent emergency and/or urgent care experience required.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and promotes positive patient outcomes.

Documents the nursing process and responses to care in a timely manner utilizing the appropriate tools.

Reviews discharge instructions with patient -and family as appropriate. Ensures patient expresses understanding of, and receives a copy of, instructions.

Delivers exceptional customer service utilizing ECHN Core Values. Employs service recovery when required.
