Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp is critical, hand drawing and 3D rendering skills also desired

Experience that demonstrates a multi-disciplinary approach to planning and urban design

Demonstrated leadership skills for building and supporting strong teams and for leading complex planning and urban design projects

Excellent written, verbal and design communication skills

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in City or Regional Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Historic Preservation, Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of professional planning experience

Perform other work as assigned, in other areas of resource management such as wildlife recreation, resource planning and fire management

Gain knowledge and understating od tree measurement equipment

Learn to identify tree species and tree condition as related to insects and disease

Navigate using GPD and maps

Take accurate and precise vegetation measurements to meet regional standards
