The PRN Per Unit Field Registered Nurse RN is responsible for providing nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in their homes. The RN will also provide education and support to patients and their families. The RN will also be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. The RN will also be responsible for coordinating care with other healthcare providers, such as physicians, physical therapists, and home health aides.
