Detailed Job Description Unemployment Insurance Quality Control Auditors are responsible for conducting audits of unemployment insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They review and analyze claims to verify accuracy of information and to ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are being followed. They also provide guidance and assistance to employers and claimants in understanding and complying with unemployment insurance regulations. Auditors may also be responsible for conducting investigations into potential fraud or abuse of the unemployment insurance system. Job Skills Required
