For the 2023-24 School Year

Location: Quail Run Elementary School and Desert Springs Preparatory*

Assists with recruiting, screening, hiring and assigning employees for the purpose of filling openings with qualified personnel.

Promote the development, articulation, implementation, and management of the school's mission, vision and goals by assisting the principal.

Implement positive and proactive communication strategies for effective parent and community involvement to improve the learning environment for all students.

Advocate and supports curricular and instructional programs which promote the success of students.

Must have at least a master's degree from an approved institution.

Arizona Department of Education Certification appropriate to assignment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Uses effective interpersonal skills with all school site stakeholders.

Knowledgeable in the District evaluation system.
