Research Gen-Z trend including color, fabric, print and pattern, silhouette, and key looks.

Prepare and present trend reports on a weekly basis for new monthly collections to the team.

· Experience in event management

· Over 5 years of experience in trend design and retail, preferably in home decoration

· Partner with different retail companies in the U.S

· Analyze and forecast consumer insights / trend reports to help the design team produce relevant products.

· Frequent travel to different trade shows locally and internationally

· Create trend presentation and collaborate with the design team

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

Create databases to manage showroom inventory and data using Microsoft Excel

Plan and create layouts for MSI’s boutique showrooms and manage inventory/data

Ability to manage multiple tasks with demanding deadlines.

General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Routinely update showroom planograms using Scorpion Planogram Software

Proficient written and verbal communications skills.

Proven efficiency and ability to prioritize and manage time and task for self and others.

Experience within: InDesign, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Seasonal Color and Print Direction.

Ability to compile Presentation Decks via InDesign, PowerPoint.

Ability to manipulate Prints within Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Managed care experience from a health plan or PBM

Excellent understanding of business modeling and systems, medical claims, and utilization management systems

Ability to manage multiple, high visibility projects concurrently

In depth understanding of the pharmacy industry including drugs paid for on medical benefit

Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, query development

Strong interpersonal and influential skills with internal and external colleagues

Minimum four (4) years of experience in Brand Management positions

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective product positioning.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills partnered with a creative mind.

Experienced with the consumer goods product development process.
