State of California Qualified Applicator Certification (QAC) is highly desirable.

Possession and retention of a valid California Class C driver’s license is a condition of employment.

Must be willing to work outside, under varying climatic conditions.

Designation as a certified arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) is highly desirable.

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish, and/or English and Vietnamese is highly desirable.

Operates tractor and attachments for applying amendments, fertilizer and aeration as may be directed by the supervisor or manager.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Facilities Services - Grounds Maintenance

Monday - Friday; 6:00am - 2:30pm

$4000.00 per month ($48,000.00 Annual)

1 year of related experience and/or training preferred, but not required

Physically able to handle the workload and capable of lifting 50lbs unassisted

Able to interact with team in a professional and courteous manner

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Able to follow instructions from supervising foreman and crew

Able to meet company production standards
