They also provide guidance and advice to senior management on financial matters. Detailed Job Description A Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for managing the financial resources of an organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to maximize the organization’s cash flow, minimize financial risk, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They also provide guidance and advice to senior management on financial matters. The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the organization’s financial performance, developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow, and managing the organization’s investments. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Knowledge of banking and investment products and services

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Professional certification in treasury management preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial management
