Traveler Support Manager Jobs

Facilitate provision of clinical/education updates and skill check-offs to entire staff on a regular basis.

Plan and assist with coordination of unit staff schedules and submit for manager approval.

Coordinate clinical training requirements with staff regarding equipment and supplies.

Participate with the nurse manager in the interview process and selection of new staff.

Provide immediate support or education on policy, procedures, equipment and supplies as needed.

Other projects and duties as directed by the department manager.

Manage and resolve multiple high-priority responsibilities on a daily basis

Excellent with time management and can quickly and correctly move through tasks

Collaborate within regional teams to perform day-to-day account maintenance to ensure a beautiful customer experience

Skilled at problem-solving and multi-tasking with an eye for detail

A lifelong learner who believes in the power of experiential education

Clearly and concisely command inbound phone, online chat & email communication

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of experience in customer service and/or hospitality

Actively work with customers to ensure their travel needs and service requests are met

Efficiently and effectively resolve customer escalations

Effectively communicate and respond to customer inquiries with emails, calls, chat and social media
