Overview Travel Surgical Techs are responsible for providing technical assistance to surgeons during medical procedures. They are responsible for setting up and maintaining the operating room, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and assisting the surgeon during the procedure. They must be knowledgeable about the latest medical technology and techniques, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Detailed Job Description Travel Surgical Techs are responsible for providing technical assistance to surgeons during medical procedures. They must be knowledgeable about the latest medical technology and techniques, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to set up and maintain the operating room, prepare and sterilize instruments, and assist the surgeon during the procedure. They must also be able to monitor the patient’s vital signs and provide assistance during the recovery period. Job Skills Required
