They are responsible for helping customers manage their finances while they are away from home, as well as providing advice and guidance on financial matters. Detailed Job Description Travel Relationship Bankers are responsible for providing banking services to customers who are traveling abroad. They must be knowledgeable about the banking regulations and laws in the countries they are visiting, as well as the banking products and services available in those countries. They must be able to provide advice and guidance on financial matters, such as currency exchange rates, foreign exchange transactions, and international banking services. They must also be able to assist customers with opening and managing accounts, transferring funds, and making payments. Travel Relationship Bankers must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both in person and over the phone. They must be able to explain banking products and services in a clear and concise manner. They must also be able to provide customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
