Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Successful completion of classes or other training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Communication.

Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Ability to manage time, plan, schedule, organize, and prioritize responsibilities to consistently meet deadlines.

Ensures Christman is represented at the project site every day work is being performed by setting expectations, responsibilities, and maintaining commitments.

· Experience in client relations, client management, contract negotiations, and consulting skills

· Advanced project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business

· Management of due diligence, programming, design, budget, schedule creation/management, sustainability and post construction services

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field

· The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project implementation and execution through completion of construction

· Extensive interface with client staff, property managers and vendors

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field management data center experience.

Obtain PMI CAPM Certified Associate of Project Management designation

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

In conjunction with the Project Manager assist Field Supervisors and Lead Technicians with planning material acquisition and scheduling on projects assigned

Supervise and manage of structured cabling activities
