Assists Project Manager by overseeing the field construction processes.

Report deficiencies, problems and delays to project manager.

3-15 years of relevant construction experience

Previous Multifamily or Podium Deck/Post Tension experience preferred

Proven experience managing projects successfully from start to finish

Team leader with effective communication skills

Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients

Starting at $1600.00/week (higher with relevant experience)

Manage onsite personnel, equipment operations and Subcontractor activities

Garden Style, Greenfield & Slab-on-Grade Stick-Frame project experience required.

2+ years of construction Lead Superintendent experience in the MULTIFAMILY / APARTMENT construction industry
