$18.00-20.00/hour during first month while being trained (depending on your skills)

$20.00-22.00/hour starting second month. Subsequently increases based on responsibilities taken over.

Space Rentals → Manage inbound requests to rent our space that come in.

For each event or experience, we expect you to:

Sponsorship → Setting up a sponsorship pipeline + CRM to make sure each event moving forward has some aligned brands/sponsors.

Weekly Meetings → Partake in weekly meetings with team.

Managing our Events Calendar → This is both for our own community calendar but also, external inquiries.

Design a unique brand for each event:

Must be detail-oriented and have good communication skills and have some computer savvy!

Make suggestions on where to go, methods of transportation, car rentals, hotel accommodations, tours to take and attractions to see.

Advise clients about their chosen destinations, including weather conditions, local customs, attractions, necessary documents and currency exchange rates.

Proactively track flights for delays and cancellations and help travelers find alternative arrangements

Maintain client history of travel-related preferences (likes/dislikes, airline and hotel membership numbers, dietary restrictions

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new computer applications

1-2 years customer-facing work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales

Actively engages with the guest by listening and focusing on their distinctive set of requests to anticipate their needs

Accurately completes the reservations process by ensuring that the reservation and guest profile is correct and current

Ensures all guest requests are clearly noted and are documented in the appropriate system to establish thorough communication with our properties

Engages the guest with an unmistakable sense of courtesy, generosity and professionalism

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new computer applications

1-2 years customer-facing work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales

Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements

Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations based on clients' preferences and budget

Manage travel budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the client's budget

Coordinate and book travel arrangements for your clients, including flights, hotels, and rental cars

Provide clients with relevant travel information, including itineraries and directions

Work with travel vendors to secure the best rates and options

Monitor changes in travel policies and procedures and ensure compliance

Respond to client's inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and itineraries simultaneously.

Research and gather information on travel destinations, including popular attractions, local customs, weather conditions, visa requirements, and travel advisories.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively understand their needs.

Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the planning or execution of vacations.

Consult with clients to determine their vacation preferences, including destination, duration, budget, and activities of interest.

Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and dining options.

Correspond with potential clientele to calculate travel needs, preferences, and required finances

Advise travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements

Proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Strong experience and understanding of all social media platforms, as well as Zoom and Google Suite.

Focused on accuracy and possessing exceptional organizational abilities.

Able to quickly learn and utilize diverse computer software programs, with experience working with a broad range of applications. (preferred)

Experience in a travel or project management role would be ideal.

Minimum two years experience in a travel, administration or project management role

Strong organization, attention to detail and time management skills
