Overview A Travel Agent is responsible for helping customers plan and book their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages. They provide advice on destinations, plan trip itineraries, and make travel arrangements for clients. They also assist with travel documents, such as visas and passports, and provide information on insurance and other travel services. Detailed Job Description Travel Agents are responsible for helping customers plan and book their travel arrangements. This includes researching and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages. They provide advice on destinations, plan trip itineraries, and make travel arrangements for clients. They also assist with travel documents, such as visas and passports, and provide information on insurance and other travel services. They must stay up to date on the latest travel trends and industry developments. They must also be knowledgeable about the different types of travel options available and be able to provide advice on the best options for their clients. Job Skills Required
