Transport Driver Part Time Columbus Jobs in North Carolina

Maintain Hours of Service requirements/medical certification in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.

4 years experience and 260,000 verifiable tractor trailer miles OR successful completion of the CLI Enhanced Driver Training Program

Drive to destination in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations and company policies/procedures.

Accurately complete required documentation as required by law.

Load, transport and unload petroleum products safely.

Working knowledge of yard tractor trailers and dollies in order to spot issues or potential problems.

Basic knowledge of computers and handheld technology

Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.

Move vendor loads to and from warehouse dock doors.

Stage trailers in an orderly and efficient manner based on business needs.

Update trailer moves into the computer system via in truck monitor.
