The TYL Program Mentor will be held accountable for the following responsibilities:

Partner with a select group of CPS High School Alumni Coordinators to identify Alumni in need of outreach and support.

Collaborate with institutions of higher education to connect students with staff and resources.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of academic and college/career development including advising models and strategic systems of support

Experience with the needs of CPS students and their families from diverse communities

Able to organize and sequence activities and manage large, complex projects

Collaborative working style, strong verbal and written communication skills and persistent work ethic

Working knowledge of G Suite (Google docs, sheets, forms, slides, etc.), Dashboard, and Naviance

Monitor budget by program to ensure fiscal integrity and wise management of financial resources.

Ensure program operations and services are consistent with established agency, state, federal and licensing standards and requirements.

Conduct random programmatic audits of physical and electronic files to ensure quality of service provision and fulfillment of documentation requirements.

Attend staff meetings to ensure effective and efficient service coordination.

Prior work experience in cross-cultural settings;

Intake Coordinator, Transitional Foster Care - Remote

*This is a remote position*

Organize and attend arranged intakes for the local site to ensure all staff, and clients are apprised of the intake process;

Three to five years’ experience in program management and monitoring and evaluation.

Conducts research and makes recommendations to Branch Chief regarding the management of programs.

Five years or more experience in money laundering, crypto-currency, or other related illicit finance issues.

Six to ten years’ experience in relevant field.

Proven knowledge of Federal policies and procedures including methods of providing assistance and the Federal budget process.

Experience drafting US government reports and documents, such as the INCSR, embassy cables, and other documents.

Understand obtaining CNA certification within timeframe is a requirement of this job

Previous experience working with elderly people, preferred but not required

Commit to becoming a CNA and following timeline to accomplish receiving certification

Provide daily comfort, social, recreational, and supportive services to the residents

Maintain a clean and safe environment in Healthcare.
