This includes drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts and other legal documents, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, real estate, and intellectual property. Transactions Attorneys must be knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations, and must be able to interpret and apply them to their clients’ needs.
