They also provide guidance and support to employees to ensure that they are able to effectively use the training materials. Detailed Job Description Training Consultants are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to meet the needs of the organization. They analyze the organization’s needs and develop training plans and materials to meet those needs. They also provide guidance and support to employees to ensure that they are able to effectively use the training materials. Training Consultants also evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Job Skills Required
