Detailed Job Description The IT Trainer and Communication Specialist is responsible for providing training and support to users on a variety of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network systems. This includes developing and delivering training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing technical support to users. The IT Trainer and Communication Specialist is also responsible for developing and delivering effective communication strategies, including creating and managing content for websites, newsletters, and other communication channels. This role requires a combination of technical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Job Skills Required
