TNAs are responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals. They also help with daily activities, such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and providing emotional support. Detailed Job Description A Trained Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare facility. They must be able to follow instructions from the RN or LPN and provide quality care to patients. TNAs must be able to communicate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals. They must be able to recognize changes in a patient's condition and report them to the RN or LPN. TNAs must also be able to assist with medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care. Job Skills Required
