Trade Finance Analyst Or Associate Jobs in New York

Experience in commodities trading industry, supply chain management, logistics firm is required.

Experience in negotiating trade finance and working capital financing agreements is highly preferred.

Excellent (100% fluent) English language skills (spoken, written and comprehension). Functional knowledge in French an asset.

Review, negotiate and arrange trade finance and banking products and services necessary to secure commodity trades and financing activities.

Coordinate with Operations team/Traders/Finance/Risk/Legal team on new Trade finance transactions and deal structuring as per Targray Financing policies.

Validate or prepare reporting for ad hoc requests for management.

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Communications required.

Minimum of 2 years of experience within Financial Services, including Operations with exposure to trade reconciliation and customer service.

Knowledge of Financial Trading and Clearing Processes for Alternative Investments or Mutual Funds preferred.

Experience with transfer agent and/or third-party administrators.

Outstanding verbal & written communication skills.

Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by the management team

1-2 years of experience within trade finance. Prior roles supporting a business development or sales team is a plus

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Economics, Finance, Business, or another relevant field; MBA desirable

Structuring, negotiating, and closing project financing, including construction debt, term debt, and tax equity;

Review of project documentation; review of third-party reports;

Understand and review models of proposed financial structures; and review proposed debt term sheets and model debt into project analyses;

Compile data into actionable reports

Prepare pitch and presentation materials

Work collaboratively with team members and principals
