1. BARGAINING UNIT QUALIFICATION STANDARD (5703-0004) TRACTOR-TRAILER OPERATOR

experience and training must show the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Applicants selected under this qualification standard must successfully complete the required Vehicle Familiarization and

Previous or current ASE certifications

Basic welding skills such as Oxy/Acetylene, ARC and MIG

Full health insurance on day one

Earn up to 13 days PTO over the course of your first year

Repair or rebuild all or part of equipment systems

9 months minimum verifiable truck and trailer combination experience within the last three years

Be at least 23 years of age, for insurance requirements

If own trailer, it must have at least 46’ deck space

If no trailer, we have trailers for lease; no trucks. See Lease Program below.

Be able to pass a drug test

Top Rates —based on trailer and load type

Class A License Required and you will need to obtain HME endorsement

Monday through Friday from 5am to 1:30pm

Knowledge and certification in DOT inspections.

Stay current with technical changes, continuing to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical and regulation publications.

Work with the Operations Manager to develop a plan and estimate of needed repairs.

Manage and execute all needed repairs on a timely basis.

2+ Years of Demonstrated Trailer Repair Experience.

Good verbal & written skills required.

Earn up to $25 per Hour!

Must be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive.

Must have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.

Starting salary is approximately $64,000 ANNUALLY!

2 runs from Lexington to Carrollton, KY daily, picking up gypsum wallboard.
