Toyota Parts Department Support Clerk Jobs

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Automotive parts knowledge preferred.

Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Detailed clerical, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience.

Communicate any inventory discrepancies to the sales team.

Excellent follow up skills, frequently communicating with the parts manager and team

Notify the parts manager of logistics issues and if delivery vehicle needs major repairs

Safely drive a company vehicle to complete timely tasks

Pickup, deliver and unload supplies and parts from auto parts stores and other dealerships

Keep organized and detailed records of invoices, log daily deliveries, and request signatures as needed

Keep inventory organized and replenished at all times

Putting orders together for customers.

Making sure the parts departments are kept neat and clean.

Must have a clean license.

Candidate will have to make parts deliveries from time to time.

Assist in the general day to day duties inside the parts departments.

Required to be able to solely and safely lift and move materials of up to approximately 50 lbs.

Must be able to understand number sequencing.

Maintains a professional and positive manner and appearance at all times.

Must maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider.

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, posting to the general ledger, finance product cancellations and dealer trades

Titling, DMV, or Automotive Office experience is preferred but not required

Reynolds and Reynolds’s experience is a plus but not required

Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift

Automotive Mechanical or Parts Experience is Preferred

Excellent work ethic and organizational skills

Work directly with technicians and guests to determine correct parts needed for repair.

Help our wholesale clients with phone and electronic orders.

Locate, pull, and deliver parts to technicians in the service shop

Collaborate with service advisors on special order parts needs
