Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences

Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget

Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems

This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:

PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, FBI Criminal Background Check.

3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road

Manage tour inventory (such as accommodations) while ensuring counter-party contracts are met

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Book tours, accommodations, transportation and other services for our group trips

Interact with clients and providing excellent customer support

Identify new ways to improve processes and overall client enjoyment on the tours

Extremely well organized with a meticulously attention to detail

Knowledge of area attractions and directions.

Knowledge of all NPS and Zion Lodge services, programs, locations, hours of operation, and ability to convey information to the guests.

Prior public speaking experience recommended.
