They use data to identify trends, develop reports, and make recommendations to improve program performance. They also provide technical assistance to school districts and other stakeholders in the implementation of Title I programs. They work closely with school district personnel to ensure that data is collected and reported accurately and in a timely manner. They also work with other stakeholders to ensure that data is used to inform decision-making. Job Skills Required• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and software
