Overview The Ticket and Fan Services Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to fans, clients, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing ticket sales, customer service inquiries, and other related duties. Detailed Job Description The Ticket and Fan Services Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to fans, clients, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing ticket sales, customer service inquiries, and other related duties. This includes responding to customer inquiries, processing ticket orders, and providing customer service support. The Ticket and Fan Services Coordinator will also be responsible for managing ticket inventory, tracking ticket sales, and providing reports to management. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or ticketing
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and software

• Knowledge of ticketing systems and software
• Knowledge of sports and entertainment industry
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in customer service or ticketing
• Experience in managing ticket inventory and tracking ticket sales
