Assist Management in daily operations; floor leadership and opening/closing duties.

Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and best practices.

Depending on specific store needs, additional responsibilities could include stock operations and visual merchandising.

Experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following:

Valid U.S employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States of America.

Works well under stress of high paced environment.

Flexible but must understand you must work a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, non-negotiable

Possess the ability to train and develop a team.

Able to make employee schedules

Passion for upholding an exceptional internal and external guest experience

Ability to manage through ambiguity

Collaborative with others, yet able to self-motivate
