All other duties as requested by the Store Management Team or Marketing Sales Director

Responsible for the shift managerial duties, which include maintaining a safe and customer friendly environment.

Communicate with the next shift manager/store manager on task status at the end of shift.

Develop knowledge of the products in the store and assisting the sales associates to learn them, as well

Communicate with the store manager concerning matters which may require discipline or guidance in handling situations as they arise.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have prior sales and management experience in a retail environment

Must be proficient in product knowledge.

Maintains the spirit of ownership by demonstrating problem solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges.

Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicates LP issues with Store Manager.

Operational Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, backroom/rest room maintenance, mopping floors, etc.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Assist store management with new hire training as needed.

Assume the role of manager-on-duty when needed.

Sell merchandise to customers at or above sales goals.

Learn about products in the store in order to provide better customer service.

Unpack, display, and maintain the condition of store merchandise.

Open and close the store during vacations and periods of peak business.
