Education: Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Preferred Experience: One year experience in caring for adult and geriatric patients

Education: Graduate of PTA program approved by Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education and/or according to State Law.

Preferred Experience: Experience in working with people.

Preferred Other: Basic computer skills, good ability to communicate one to one.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

General knowledge and understanding of managed care.

Knowledge of state and federal rules relating to therapy delivery and documentation in skilled nursing facilities.

Optimizes the functionality and skills of patients by providing, directing and/or overseeing the screening of all residents.

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
