This includes assessing the needs of their clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing counseling, advocacy, and referrals. The Therapeutic Case Worker must also build relationships with clients and their families to ensure that they are receiving the best possible care. They must also be able to work with other professionals, such as doctors, social workers, and psychologists, to coordinate services and ensure that their clients are receiving the best possible care.
