Repair or arrange for repair of refrigeration components and other building mechanical systems. Recommend improvements and upgrades to management staff.
Maintain Arena building and equipment as needed, including safety inspections of all building structures, safety padding and rink netting system.
Performs general building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, flooring, doors, and signs as needed or as directed.
Scoreboard and lighting maintenance and upkeep.
Operate and maintain refrigeration system. Monitor system daily to assure consistent conditions.
Maintain the concrete surface for in-line skating and other activities. Performs minor patching as required.
