Informs Spa Director or other management personnel about product needs.

Reports any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team.

Performs massage and body services that meet the established guidelines for the type of service offering and that fulfill guest expectations.

Suggests to guests other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.

Previous massage and body work experience.

Customer service experience, preferably in a spa.

Must have a demo reel or portfolio of voice work to demonstrate skills and abilities

Preferred experience recording voice overs for videos that appeal to wide audiences

Should have experience working with a wide variety of voice over projects

Must have appropriate equipment to record broadcast quality audio or have access to a studio capable of producing broadcast quality audio

Able to perform under tight deadlines

Ability to collaborate with team members and clients

Constantly perform any or all duties as assigned by management.

Constantly perform any and all duties as assigned by management.

Constantly greet all guests who enter the spa and display knowledge of services available.

At least one year experience in an upscale spa operation.

High school level reading, writing and mathematical skills. Excellent communication skills.

Constantly follow all established treatment protocols for the proper and consistent execution and do so within specified timelines and without deviation.
