DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, ABILITIES, LICENSE):

Minimum 3-5 years of related accounting and finance experience in a mid-sized company and preferably healthcare and/or insurance industry.

Current knowledge and experience with various accounting standards, principles and pronouncements

Facilitate meetings and give presentations before management and staff.

Manage general accounting and revenue accounting.

Coordinate withinternal and external auditors for various Finance activities related to internal controls, compliance and financial reporting.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, ABILITIES, LICENSE):

Oversee the BHT, ABA and CDE services including Care Coordination, Case Management and Utilization Management.

Develop policies and procedures and any necessary case management protocols.

Experience with Medi-Cal program, Department of HealthCare Services and Department of Managed HealthCare preferred.

Identify, develop, and manage programs and processes to identify and manage high risk members to improve member’s health outcomes.

Serves as an BHT, ABA and CDE benefit expert for internal departments, health networks, and contracted providers.
