Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

3+ years' of sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field

Develops and prepares monthly reporting and senior management summaries along with supporting financial and operational models.

Knowledge of data collection techniques and interpretation.

Knowledge of descriptive statistics to analyze statistical data and prepare estimates.

Prepares and analyzes data from multiple sources and compiles into meaningful reports, identifying trends and creating service line presentations.

Ability to navigate financial and analytical reporting systems is highly preferred.
