Must have had experience collecting samples in the field and taking accurate laboratory and field notes.

Ensure that the SEM laboratory is clean and orderly.

Ensure that all the information and data in the lab are maintained in a common laboratory notebook.

Prepare and calibrate the field equipment before each collection trip.

Perform laboratory methods including but not limited to alkalinity titrations, operate the SEM and prepare samples.

Prior training in the operation of the JEOL JSM 6010LV SEM.

20 % Perform experimental models relating to animal models of oral cancer and hematopoietic

20% Perform cell culture with cells and isolated primary cells

15% Perform molecular and cellular biology assays, including DNA, RNA, and protein isolation,

20% Compile, analyze and evaluate data

10% Draft scientific abstracts and manuscripts for conferences and peer-reviewed scientific

10% Present at regularly lab and department seminars
