Maintain open and direct communication with Medical Director and Office Manager

Education: Master's Degree in Nursing

MUST have prior experience in Family Medicine

MUST have prior experience working through Telehealth

Computer knowledge, EMR, E-prescription platforms, Excel, Google Workspace, Zoom.

Order or perform diagnostic tests

Inventory Management - Assists in maintaining clean and organized environment (e.g. stocking shelves and rotating inventory, cleaning PMAH supplied vehicles)

Employee Transportation – Employee must provide their own transportation and meet current state requirements for operating a motor vehicle.

Patient Environment - Performs structural/environmental and home safety assessments as related to equipment.

A hybrid position consisting of remote and in-person work days in the Durham, NC area.

Promoting patient/family understanding of the educational content and his/her involvement in the plan of care, and documenting in the patient record.

Working knowledge of sterile techniques and special procedures that are applicable to work performed.

Working knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in administering routine and special treatments to patients.

Level I - No experience required.

Note: 1 year of experience will be provided for an Associate degree in Medical Assisting.

Leads quality management activities relating to medical care delivered

5+ years of managerial experience

Performs remote daily direct medical decision-making and control of care with Urgentivist Extenders

Maintains Manual, Skills training and onboarding of hired Landmark Urgent Extenders

Travel to include UE market visits, education, ride-alongs

Board Certification, Board Certified ABEM/ABFM
