This includes installing and configuring routers, switches, and other network devices, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network issues. They must be knowledgeable in a variety of technologies, including voice, data, and video systems. They must also be able to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Additionally, they must be able to work with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Job Skills Required
