Telecommunication Analyst II Job Description The Telecommunication Analyst II is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the areas of telecommunications, network engineering, and systems engineering. This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, and related systems. The Telecommunication Analyst II will also provide technical support to customers and other departments. Telecommunication Analyst II Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems, network engineering, and systems engineering
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose telecommunications and network problems
• Proficiency in the use of telecommunications and network management tools

Telecommunication Analyst II Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications and network engineering
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, and other IP-based technologies
• Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and SNMP
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
