Overview Teen Center Staff are responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for teens to socialize, learn, and grow. They are responsible for planning and implementing activities, supervising teens, and ensuring the safety of all participants. Detailed Job Description Teen Center Staff are responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for teens to socialize, learn, and grow. They are responsible for planning and implementing activities, supervising teens, and ensuring the safety of all participants. They must be able to communicate effectively with teens, parents, and other staff members. They must be able to plan and implement activities that are age-appropriate and engaging. They must be able to respond to emergencies and handle difficult situations. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and implement activities
• Ability to supervise teens

• Knowledge of age-appropriate activities
• Knowledge of safety protocols

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with teens
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
