Present insurance premium proposals to senior management with cost benefit analyses based on varying deductibles and potential exposure to the company.
Manage relationships with third party service providers (brokers, underwriters, claims adjusters).
Ensure compliance with all insurance and legal obligations, including ADA requirements.
Manage insurance claims and litigation to minimize loss costs and impact to the company.
Develop OSHA compliant safety training/programs, maintains accurate recordkeeping to include training records and OSHA incident logs.
Ensure safety committee meetings are conducted regularly; are meaningful to operations.
