Understanding database management and process flow coordination.

Review and assess business and operational needs of all aspects of administrative organizational requirements for programs within the AEO.

Experience participating in and leading business, operational and organizational activities, initiatives and programs.

Experience working on organizational projects and experience researching, interpreting, and applying related policies and procedures.

Advanced organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple and complex tasks.

Experience working independently under time constraints to meet critical deadlines.

5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role

Must Have Qualifications & Skills

Manage to a minimum billable utilization target

5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or delivering solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

10+ years proven experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services, including Advisory engagements

Broad knowledge of project management and communication practices.

Drive projects and programs delivery in conjunction with the Enbridge Project Management Office.

Manage external vendors relationships, lead all aspects of work and confirm projects are delivered on time and on budget.

7+ years of related experience.

Ability to build compelling business cases and elicit benefit realization.

Experience managing project delivery for multi-functional business solutions.
