Partners with the Manager of HR Technology and Enablement to monitor integrations, process improvement and employee experience.
Aids in solving support cases within the case management system.
Aids in the creation and maintenance of journey mapping for both the end user experience and system process.
Works with team members cross functionally to identify ways to improve user experience
Answers/responses to escalated questions, requests, education and errors from the HRIS inbox and other communication methods in a timely manner.

Detailed Job Description Technology Analysts are responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of existing technology solutions and providing recommendations for improvement. They must be able to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them. They must also be able to develop and implement new technology solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Technology Analysts must be able to work with stakeholders to ensure that the technology solutions are meeting the needs of the organization. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a technology-related field

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
