Sr Technical And Simulation Support Specialist Jobs

Experience contributing and accessing information from a Knowledge Management system.

Certification or experience in SQL and VBScript, preferred.

Bachelors degree in computer information systems or related field required or 5+ years related experience.

Experience with Federal Transportation Administration (FTA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), or Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements or guidance required.

10+ years of experience in transportation related projects, public rail, transportation security and /or emergency management projects preferred.

2+ years staff management experience.

Manage or support management of Safety Team projects.

Manage safety and security team staff on projects, as needed.

Provide Safety Risk assessments for projects or programs including safety certification.

Knowledge of IT Service Management a plus.

Experience providing support in a remote environment.

Provides Tier 1 & 2 support to the campus and associated campuses/remote locations.

3+ years experience with desktop support or in a help desk required.

2+ years experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a large network environment required.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
