Provide SAP Customer Experience business solution expertise when engaging clients, guiding them to best practices, based on their needs.

Minimum 1-3 years of IT Business Analyst experience preferred.

Experience with any CRM (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, SugerCRM, Zendesk, Zoho, etc.) as an end user or business analyst.

Proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity High proficiency with SQL language and database management

Create and implement precise management plans for every project with attention to transparent communication at all levels

Develop and utilize software to interface big data and relational solutions. Design and implement solutions for metadata data quality privacy management.

Proven analytical abilities Practical experience generating process documentation and reports

Experience working with Business Objects. Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
