Basic Qualifications of the Technical Delivery Manager:

Experience guiding at least four teams through delivery of cross-team software product development projects, including launching at least two new projects.

Experience facilitating at least three different types of group working sessions such as milestone planning, risk mitigation conversations, and release retrospectives.

BS Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent experience, PMI-PMP

As a Delivery manager with the Delivery Coaching function you will help people deliver cross-team projects.

Experience in graphic production from start to published/printed product with knowledge of printing processes (offset and digital) and colour management.

Provide support and feedback. This can include answering questions and offering feedback on the quality of the materials produced.

Proven experience in converting High-resolution materials into editable Canva (or similar tool) system

Proven experience working with UN agency (10%)

Reference to any work experience with the UN, if applicable

Producing high-quality collateral containing user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, and that meets organizational standards

Organizational and project management skills

Displays a deep technical and analytical skills with good attention to detail

Associates degree or 2 years experience providing support in a IT/Help Desk Support environment

Experience using MS Office suite, Google Apps

Knowledgeable about the application of technology in the K-12 classroom
