Present educational in-services about Art Therapy within the medical center.
National Certification as an ATR or ATR-BC- Board Certification in Art Therapy is preferred.
One year experience providing individual, group and family Art Therapy to patients is required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required within 90 days of hire
Practice Art Therapy within the professional scope of practice as defined by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
Facilitate individual, group, and/or family Art Therapy sessions that include long-term and short-term goals based on assessment and ongoing observation.
