Overview Tech Support Reps provide technical assistance to customers and help them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. They are responsible for answering customer inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and providing solutions. Detailed Job Description Tech Support Reps are responsible for providing technical assistance to customers. They must be able to answer customer inquiries, diagnose technical problems, and provide solutions. They must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as well as network and internet connectivity problems. They must also be able to provide technical advice and support to customers.
