The NF Tech Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the NF Tech department. The NF Tech Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining NF Tech systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the NF Tech department.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the NF Tech department.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the NF Tech department.
• Managing the budget and resources of the NF Tech department.
• Developing and implementing training programs for NF Tech staff.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
